Radiology Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Radiology Specialist to join our medical team. The role involves diagnosing and treating injuries or illnesses, conducting patient examinations, and managing diagnostic testing within a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document clinical findings, and design individualized care plans.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, medication use, and preventive health measures.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; review and act on investigation results.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and perform additional specialty‑specific procedures as permitted.
• Collaborate with the department manager to undertake any other duties required by the business.
• Maintain a 6‑day work schedule with shifts from 9 am‑1 pm and 5 pm‑9 pm, including a 4‑hour break.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience after a Master’s degree or eligibility to sit the board examination in radiology.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with office and health information systems.
