Raw Materials Storekeeper

About the role

The company is seeking a hands‑on Raw Materials Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations in Rabigh. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of raw materials to production lines while maintaining accurate inventory records using SAP ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily SAP ERP transactions such as goods receipt, goods issue, inventory movements and reservations.
• Handle and transfer raw materials safely to guarantee continuous feeding of production lines.
• Conduct cycle counting, investigate stock variances and keep the inventory catalog up to date.
• Apply 5S methodology for optimal warehouse layout, bin location management and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PPE requirements and plant work‑permit procedures.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics teams to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven, hands‑on experience with SAP ERP for daily transactions and inventory movements.
• Background in industrial/manufacturing warehouse operations handling raw materials or finished goods.
• Strong knowledge of storekeeping practices: cycle counting, stock variance investigation and physical inspection.
• Familiarity with HSE protocols and industrial safety/work‑permit systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑departmental coordination.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant environment (retail or administrative warehouse experience not considered).
