Real Estate Investment Expert

About the role

The Real Estate Investment Expert will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. You will provide rigorous financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decisions and drive portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and recommend real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop complex financial models, valuations and feasibility studies.
• Conduct market research and analyse economic, demographic and real‑estate trends.
• Prepare investment papers, business cases and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Lead due‑diligence processes covering financial, legal, commercial and technical aspects.
• Perform underwriting using DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI and sensitivity analyses.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest optimisation strategies.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations and deal execution.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Development and external advisors.
• Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in real‑estate investment, underwriting or asset management.
