Real Estate Leasing Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on leasing properties, managing tenant relationships, and driving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Market and lease available properties and units to prospective tenants.
• Attract new tenants and guide them through the leasing process.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on lease agreements and renewals.
• Monitor vacant units and contribute to improving occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market opportunities.
• Track real‑estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete leasing procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.
• Strong negotiation, sales and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local real‑estate market.
• Target‑oriented and able to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
