Real Estate Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy for our residential and commercial projects in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will shape brand positioning, develop campaigns and generate qualified leads to support our sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies for residential and commercial real‑estate developments.
• Develop brand positioning, advertising campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, sales and customer‑service teams to align marketing activities with project timelines.
• Manage digital and traditional channels, create content and promotional materials.
• Analyse market trends, campaign performance and audience data to optimise results.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and communication touch‑points.
• Coordinate events, presentations and stakeholder engagements.
• Continuously improve marketing processes to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real‑estate and property market.
• Experience in real‑estate development and cross‑functional project teams.
• Proven track record in sales and lead generation within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
