Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist

About the role

The Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist will drive both marketing and sales initiatives for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects in Riyadh. The role combines strategic market positioning with hands‑on client engagement to maximise project visibility and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and demand assessments to inform branding and pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate with agencies, brokers and media partners to enhance project exposure.
• Generate and manage sales leads through direct outreach and broker networks.
• Present properties, conduct client meetings, advise on features, pricing and payment plans.
• Negotiate terms and facilitate transaction closures in line with company and Saudi regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License (REGA or equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Saudi real‑estate market.
• 8–10 years of experience in real‑estate marketing and sales, preferably with residential developers or brokerage firms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Design Solutions software.
