Reception Technician

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Reception Technician to join our After‑Sales Services team at eXtra. The role blends front‑desk customer interaction with technical support for device repairs, ensuring customers receive clear information and timely service from inquiry to collection.

Key responsibilities

• Track CE Services KPIs and ensure performance meets agreed targets.
• Attend to customer technical inquiries regarding repairs and device fixing.
• Follow up on repair status and keep customers updated on progress.
• Handle customer technical complaints and work to resolve them effectively.
• Assist in developing and implementing systems to improve service quality.
• Continuously update technical skills to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with planners and technicians to ensure repaired items are ready before the customer's committed date.
• Ensure customers leave with full understanding of their technical issues, repair details, estimated cost, and collection time.
• Guide and educate customers on device usage and test devices at the counter.

Required profile

• Saudi National only.
• Technical background in electronics or home appliances.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
