Receptionist – Front Desk & Customer Service

About the role

Sun Tours, a leading travel agency with a presence across the Middle East and the United States, is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners in its Riyadh office. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative and front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Sun Tours’ services.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist customers with travel‑related questions and refer them to the appropriate Travel Advisor.
• Maintain accurate visitor and client records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Escalate complex issues or complaints to the relevant team member.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar front‑office role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
