Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for athletes, families and partners at Fares Sports Academy in Riyadh. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage the front‑desk, maintain visitor logs and direct guests to the appropriate staff or training areas.
• Schedule, confirm and update appointments or class bookings using the academy’s scheduling system.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, preparing documents and supporting other administrative procedures.
• Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and experience handling front‑desk interactions.
• Solid clerical abilities, including organizing files and maintaining accurate records.
• Effective spoken and written communication in a professional environment.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving orientation.
• Previous receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, multitask and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Interest in sports or experience in a sports, fitness or education setting is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent office software.
• Scheduling tools and basic data‑entry applications.
