Reefscape Project Coordinator (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Reefscape Project Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia, based on site in Jeddah. The coordinator reports to the Lead, Operational Strategy & Planning and provides operational support for the project team at NEOM. The main aim is to plan and manage resource requirements so that operational objectives are met and reporting follows operational procedures. A strong background in project management, especially in environmental or marine projects, is sought.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the project team and suppliers to define project requirements, scope and objectives aligned with operational objectives
• Coordinate with internal and external resources so projects stay within scope, schedule and budget
• Assist with preparing strategic reports, presentations and documentation for internal leadership and external partners
• Streamline data collection and presentation for decision-making
• Support dashboards, tracking tools and progress reports on timelines, deliverables and KPIs
• Produce operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a project performance database tracking progress and milestones
• Assign and monitor resources effectively and act as the point of communication between teams and external resources

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; emphasis on project coordination and office administration preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination (medium to large enterprise) or a related field
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Experience producing reports or dashboards to monitor performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

Required skills

• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office Suite
