Regional Business Development Manager – Private Wealth (Remote)

About the role

HiPartners Capital&Work is seeking a self‑motivated Regional Business Development Manager to expand its private‑wealth client base across Saudi Arabia. Working fully remotely, you will focus on converting pre‑qualified high‑net‑worth individuals into new investors for a globally recognised investment structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end acquisition cycle for high‑net‑worth prospects, concentrating on client onboarding.
• Conduct remote and in‑person consultations to understand client needs and present the firm’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain professional relationships using a consultative, ethical approach.
• Achieve and exceed conversion targets while upholding service excellence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from interest to onboarding.
• Operate independently, setting outreach rhythm, tracking performance, and following up.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen knowledge of the firm’s offerings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in business development or wealth‑management sales.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
