Regional Concept Business Head

About the role

The Regional Concept Business Head will lead retail operations for Home Centre stores across Dammam, ensuring professional standards, profitability and customer satisfaction. This senior position drives sales performance, inventory utilization and commercial development within the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales budgets, maximize sales, profitability and productivity metrics (sales per sqft, ATV, conversion).
• Develop and implement retail strategies, control costs and identify commercial opportunities.
• Oversee stock and space management, conduct SWOT analyses and provide competitor insights.
• Prepare and enforce regional operating plans, ensuring compliance with store operating, customer service, health‑safety and employment policies.
• Manage inventory and warehouse processes, including order management, stock consolidation, transfers, shrinkage control and pricing compliance.
• Provide monthly performance feedback to the concept team on sales, stock positions and product performance.
• Lead concept expansion, roll‑out new projects and research optimal property locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in retail operations or similar roles.
• Proven track record in driving sales, profitability and inventory efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and lead cross‑functional teams.
