Regional Implementation Manager – In-Building Solutions

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Regional Implementation Manager to lead indoor mobile coverage deployments across Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate end‑to‑end IBS/DAS projects, ensuring high‑quality installation and performance of indoor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full deployment lifecycle of indoor mobile coverage solutions (IBS/DAS) across the region.
• Conduct and validate site surveys, RF coverage evaluations and technical assessments.
• Review indoor designs, provide coverage analysis and support design adjustments.
• Oversee installation of active and passive indoor equipment, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Supervise daily field activities and guarantee timely completion of site milestones.
• Plan regional deployment schedules, coordinate resources and ensure site readiness.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, deliver progress updates and status reports.
• Ensure vendors meet quality, safety and client requirements.

Required profile

• Based in Saudi Arabia with full flexibility to travel across the region.
• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in mobile telecom indoor coverage deployment (IBS/DAS).
• Strong knowledge of site surveys, coverage evaluation, design processes and installation workflows.
• Proven ability to manage regional‑level activities, coordinate multiple sites and report progress.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor oversight skills.
