Regional IT Support Specialist

About the role

The Regional IT Support Specialist provides daily technical assistance to users across corporate regional offices and pharmacy locations, ensuring that all systems remain operational and compliant with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of corporate users at branch and maintenance offices, covering network, IP phones, meeting rooms, printing, and other infrastructure devices.
• Implement corporate IT projects and verify that end‑user devices (both corporate and store) meet IT standards and policies.
• Serve as the third‑level escalation point for internal departments and manage third‑party SLA breach cases.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors during store‑level project roll‑outs, including new retail applications, hardware refreshes, and technology upgrades.
• Test system and application patches before deployment to maintain operational excellence and quality control.
• Conduct regular site visits to regional stores to build relationships, monitor satisfaction, and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Required profile

• BSc in IT or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation and SC‑OSA Intermediate.
