Regional Manager – Central Region

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the Central Region, overseeing multiple branches to achieve sales, profitability and operational targets in line with the company’s strategy. This position acts as the primary link between branch teams and senior management, driving performance, efficiency and customer experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales and operations plan aligned with corporate strategy.
• Drive regional sales, margin and profitability targets across all branches.
• Set, cascade and monitor performance targets for branch managers and supervisors.
• Oversee end‑to‑end branch operations including sales, warehouse, delivery and administration.
• Lead, coach and develop branch managers and their teams, managing performance and succession planning.
• Build and grow relationships with key regional customers to expand market share.
• Manage the regional budget and P&L, controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Oversee receivables, collections and credit control for the region.
• Coordinate with supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Analyse regional performance, provide forecasts and insights to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a senior sales or operations leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering P&L, sales and profitability targets across multiple branches.
• Strong strategic, commercial, financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent leadership, team‑development and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in the automotive or FMCG sector, automotive preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
