Regional Sales Manager – Central Region

About the role

Madar, a leading building‑materials retailer in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take full commercial ownership of the Central Region. This P&L‑driven position will be responsible for revenue, profitability, credit health and market share while leading a multi‑branch sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L, drive gross‑margin performance and enforce pricing discipline.
• Manage credit exposure, monitor receivables and ensure collection targets are met.
• Identify new markets, develop strategic accounts and oversee projects from tender to order fulfillment.
• Recruit, coach and evaluate a sales force of 15‑50 employees, set KPIs and create development plans.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, territory planning and produce analytics dashboards (Power BI/Excel).
• Collaborate with Credit, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Procurement to align commercial execution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience in building‑materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or regional management role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Experience managing multiple branches and leading teams of 15‑50 people.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, willing to travel extensively across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP).
• Proficiency in Power BI for sales analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and forecasting.
