Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe and effective nursing care to medically ill pre‑ and post‑operative patients in a hospital setting. The role involves applying professional knowledge, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high‑quality patient outcomes in accordance with HMG policies and Saudi health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive assigned patients according to daily assignments and apply the nursing care process.
• Develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with team members.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report deviations to the team leader and doctor.
• Carry out doctors' orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide patient and family education tailored to their needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures when required.
• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and unit‑specific competencies.
• Support shift operations as team leader, conduct rounds, and present patient status.
• Participate in departmental training, meetings, and person‑centered care initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a relevant inpatient area.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Saudi Council nursing license and licensure from country of origin.

Required skills

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
