About the role
The Regulations Affair Group Senior Manager will supervise MOC‑related documents, ensure compliance with SASO and VAT regulations, and manage parts naming and inventory processes across ALJM centers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise collection and processing of MOC documents for new product development (NPD) and ensure compliance with MOC regulations.
- Manage and enhance SASO regulatory requirements and ensure VAT law implementation for NPD invoices.
- Translate parts names to Arabic, upload them into the SAP system, and maintain the master parts file.
- Lead field visits to raise regulation awareness among Parts Managers and monitor on‑time parts arrival.
- Oversee performance evaluation of wholesalers and centers against MOC standards and handle MOC complaints.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably with MOC and SASO regulations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work beyond normal hours and handle stress.
Required skills
- SAP system usage for parts data management.
