Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager Corporate Banking will build, manage and maintain relationships with corporate banking customers. The role focuses on selling and cross‑selling banking products and services, achieving sales targets while ensuring credit quality is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and sustain relationships with corporate clients through regular visits and deep understanding of their business and industry.
• Identify revenue opportunities, actively sell corporate banking products and seek structured‑finance solutions.
• Maximize product penetration and cross‑selling, and create timely account plans.
• Provide loan demand insights and review credit applications according to authority levels.
• Collaborate continuously with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management to enhance credit portfolio quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, cost reduction and productivity.
• Prepare accurate reports for Riyad Bank in line with company standards.
• Comply with safety, quality and environmental policies and perform other duties as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Experience in client relationship planning and business development.
