Release Manager – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

About the role

Release managers are responsible for the release management lifecycle, coordinating production and project activities into an integrated solution. The role focuses on ensuring resources, timelines and quality are aligned for successful releases in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all build and release management operations on a daily basis.
• Work with stakeholders to confirm release services are synchronized.
• Ensure releases are evaluated, authorized, planned, tested, deployed and documented.
• Establish processes for service delivery and record metrics to meet SLA commitments.
• Prioritize projects to meet business expectations without impacting operations.
• Coordinate with operations teams for deployment of changes.
• Evaluate test results in development and pre‑production before production launch.
• Govern end‑to‑end release lifecycle and identify risks with appropriate resolutions.
• Generate regular reports and performance metrics.
• Maintain release baseline, release notes, pre/post‑deploy, and back‑out plan documents/checklists.
• Own go‑live releases, coordinating communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of release management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia (Saudi only).
