About the role
We are looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by handling essential administrative tasks and keeping our digital systems organized. This fully remote, entry‑level position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in structured workflows and enjoy supporting a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation regularly.
- Organize digital files for easy access and consistency.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and other administrative processes.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support internal teams by maintaining clear, up‑to‑date information.
- Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data for correction.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Clear written communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
