About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. You will work from home, handling support requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of user systems.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system‑related problems.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technical teams when needed.
• Maintain and update support documentation or knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable using support tools or ticketing systems (training provided).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and prioritize multiple requests.
• Previous IT or support experience is a plus but not required.
