Remote Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this fully remote position you will deliver accurate information, resolve issues and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone and other channels.
• Provide accurate details on products, services, policies, pricing and procedures.
• Assist with account management, billing questions, order status, returns and exchanges.
• Troubleshoot concerns and offer practical, solution‑oriented assistance.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up to confirm issues are fully resolved and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and able to maintain professionalism in varied situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment.

Required skills
