About the role
We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across our organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital files and datasets, correcting inconsistencies or errors.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents.
- Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, and communicate updates to team members.
- Track task progress, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status updates.
- Maintain standardized formats, perform routine quality checks, and support workflow improvements.
- Prepare basic reports or summaries as required.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
