About the role

We are looking for an accurate, dependable, and detail‑oriented Data Entry Typist to join our remote team. This entry‑level position involves entering, updating, reviewing, and organizing information across company databases, spreadsheets, documents, and digital systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter information accurately into databases, spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems.
• Update existing records and ensure consistent formatting.
• Review completed entries for accuracy, identify errors, and correct them when authorized.
• Prepare, format, and organize routine business documents using company templates.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems, label, categorize, and archive digital documents.
• Perform routine quality‑control checks and flag unclear or incomplete information.
• Provide general administrative support such as updating trackers, processing forms, and organizing digital files.
