About the role

We are looking for a Remote Support Information Entry Specialist to ensure our data remains accurate, reliable, and well‑structured. The role is fully remote and ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who can work independently while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and enter information from multiple stakeholders into company systems.
• Prioritise data processing according to business urgency.
• Monitor data‑quality metrics, report trends and suggest improvements.
• Assist in training new team members on data‑entry standards.
• Document best practices and contribute to process documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Liaise between the data‑entry team and requesting departments.
• Resolve data conflicts through research and consultation.
• Maintain version control and ensure proper backup of critical datasets.

Required profile

• At least one year of data‑entry or administrative experience.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic exposure to project coordination.
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new software platforms.
• Excellent written communication for remote collaboration.
• Proactive problem‑solver who meets deadlines without reminders.
