Remote Workable Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist to work remotely for Alkaffary Group. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our hiring managers across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilise job boards, social media and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Workable ATS and generate recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and diversity & inclusion efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail or marketing agencies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
