About the role
The Reporting & Budgeting Expert Officer supports the efficiency of SPIMACO’s operations by handling administrative and finance‑related tasks. This role involves document management, meeting coordination, and contributing to the preparation of financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in administrative and finance‑related tasks, including document handling, meeting coordination and event organization.
- Monitor financial metrics, report variances and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare reports, maintain accurate records and update data in relevant systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and vendors, supporting communication and scheduling.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements and apply best practices to increase operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Diploma or high‑school qualification.
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (required) and Arabic (preferred).
