Reservation Agent – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Join AccorHotel, a member of the Accor network that operates over 5,500 hotels worldwide and is dedicated to responsible hospitality. As a Reservations Agent you are the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests arriving at our property in Madinah.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up‑selling.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and keep system information accurate.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury hotels.
• Guest‑focused personality.
• Prior experience with Opera or a related reservation system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
