Reservation Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Fairmont RAMLA Riyadh is seeking a Reservation Manager to lead its reservation operations within a luxury hotel environment. The role focuses on optimizing pricing, occupancy and revenue performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, occupancy rates and competitor positioning to shape pricing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR and ADR and prepare regular revenue forecasts.
• Implement dynamic pricing adjustments in response to demand fluctuations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align on revenue goals and promotional campaigns.
• Provide training on revenue management practices and support customer loyalty initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of reservation managerial experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Previous experience with Hotel Manager System is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer‑literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
