Reservations Agent – Saudi National Talent

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Reservations Agent to join its team, focusing on Saudi national talent. The role involves handling guest reservations, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing prompt, high-quality service to guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation‑related emails within 24 hours, prioritising current and upcoming bookings.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings, using proper greetings and adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
• Collect and update guest information (repeat guests, contact details, passport copies, flight details, special occasions, preferences) in the Opera PMS.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette at all times.
• Review reservation correspondence for special requests and forward details to the relevant departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes such as new bookings, cancellations or additional information promptly to internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Professional interaction skills with guests, travel agents, tour operators and DMC partners.
• High School Diploma; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
