Reservations Agent (Saudi Only)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Reservations Agent to join its team in Jeddah. The role turns booking enquiries into sales, anticipates guest needs and maximises sales and profitability through monitoring demand and upselling. It is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Convert booking enquiries into sales and turn them into bookings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Maximise sales and profitability by monitoring consumer demand and upselling to meet targets.
• Work proactively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the reservations department.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality only.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.
• An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
