Reservations Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The Reservations Manager will lead the Reservations Department of an Accor‑affiliated hotel in Makkah, ensuring smooth daily operations, high occupancy, and revenue growth while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day reservations activities, monitor inventory, occupancy trends and booking patterns.
• Lead, train and develop a team of reservations agents, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Prepare occupancy forecasts, revenue reports and performance analyses for senior management.
• Manage room allocations, rate structures, allotments and distribution across all channels, including OTAs and GDS.
• Coordinate group bookings, special requests and over‑booking mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Food & Beverage departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years of reservations experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Makkah market.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make strategic revenue decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
