About the role
The Reservations Supervisor will lead the Revenue & Reservations team at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh, ensuring high‑quality reservation service and contributing to hotel sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the reservations staff, ensuring adherence to department standards and policies.
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, fax and email, converting them into sales where possible.
- Monitor daily call volumes, manage shift changes, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate new rate offers, communicate them to the hotel community and test for deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate guest information and promote hotel food & beverage services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel reservations or revenue management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach staff in up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Reservation system operation (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) – if mentioned in the original posting.
