Restaurant Host – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

The Restaurant Host will welcome guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure a courteous and efficient experience in line with Kempinski’s standards. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and works within the hotel’s main restaurant outlet in Al Khobar.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and maintain an up‑to‑date reservation book.
• Serve food and beverages, upsell menu items and suggest alternatives.
• Operate the POS system accurately according to training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and surrounding spaces.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, monitor supplies and reduce waste.
• Handle guest enquiries, report complaints promptly and follow up with supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts and coordinate printing of menus.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Concierge and other F&B outlets.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Punctual, well‑groomed and adheres to the hotel’s dress code and grooming standards.
• Professional, courteous and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage offerings and the ability to explain them to guests.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
