Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high food quality and customer service standards, and drive financial performance in our fast‑food concept.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor food quality and customer service, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Lead, train, supervise and assess employee performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and organize working hours based on operational needs.
• Track sales performance and work toward operational and financial targets.
• Oversee inventory management, supply orders, waste reduction and cost control.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and continuously improve the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards and local regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports.
• Lead the team during peak hours to guarantee fast and accurate service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing burger or fast‑food restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience achieving KPIs and driving sales growth is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using operational reporting tools.
