About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high food quality and customer service standards, and drive financial performance in our fast‑food concept.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor food quality and customer service, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Lead, train, supervise and assess employee performance.
- Prepare staff schedules and organize working hours based on operational needs.
- Track sales performance and work toward operational and financial targets.
- Oversee inventory management, supply orders, waste reduction and cost control.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and continuously improve the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards and local regulations.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports.
- Lead the team during peak hours to guarantee fast and accurate service.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing burger or fast‑food restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience achieving KPIs and driving sales growth is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Experience using operational reporting tools.
