About the role
Leylaty Group is hiring a Restaurant Steward Supervisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The supervisor leads the stewarding team and keeps the kitchen area clean, sanitary and organised.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the stewarding team
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes and work areas
- Monitor staff performance and assign daily duties
- Prepare work schedules
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Control cleaning supplies
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep daily operations smooth
