Returns Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Returns Team Leader to manage daily returns receiving, verification, and inventory accuracy within our central warehouse. The role involves coordinating a frontline team, ensuring proper product disposition, and maintaining traceability in our warehouse management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving and processing of returned products, verifying quantities, item details, condition, and supporting documents.
• Ensure returned items are accurately recorded in the WMS and maintain full traceability.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Stock Control and relevant teams.
• Coordinate product segregation, classification, and approved disposition, working with Quality Assurance as needed.
• Allocate daily tasks based on return volumes, monitor team productivity, attendance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate return records, prepare operational reports, and monitor KPIs to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, returns, inbound, or inventory control.
• Previous team leader or operational coordination experience preferred.
• Relevant certification in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy and stock discrepancy resolution.
