Revenue Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking a passionate Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across its iconic hotels and brands. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to optimise pricing, inventory and overall revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement hotel revenue strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust tactics.
• Lead weekly/bi‑weekly revenue management meetings, presenting insights from reporting data.
• Produce topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for incremental profit across all revenue centres.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, optimising pricing and inventory.
• Mentor and coach junior revenue team members.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and front‑office teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market‑share growth within the competitive set and optimise RevPAR using all available systems.
• Maintain data quality and system hygiene for revenue management and distribution platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in revenue management or a related hospitality role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute revenue strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and pricing optimisation.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a community of practice.
