Risk Manager – Enterprise & Business Continuity

About the role

The Risk Manager will lead the development and implementation of risk and business continuity frameworks for NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC). Reporting to senior leadership, the role provides technical expertise and prepares consolidated risk reports for the Board and committees.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the NGHC Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and strategy.
• Communicate risk expectations to leadership and monitor risk performance across the organization.
• Produce regular enterprise risk reports for the CEO and Management Committee, including mitigation plans.
• Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) capability, develop policies, conduct Business Impact Analyses and high‑level risk assessments.
• Coordinate with crisis management teams during major disruptions and oversee recovery efforts.
• Integrate risk and audit functions, support internal audit execution and report on audit finding closures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance or business continuity.
• Proven ability to develop risk frameworks and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, complex industrial or energy projects is a plus.
