Risk Specialist – Regulatory Audit & Risk Management

About the role

The Risk Specialist will support Saudi Telecom Company by conducting internal and external regulatory audits, analysing findings, and preparing reports that highlight risk areas and improvement opportunities. This role works closely with senior analysts to ensure audit deliverables meet compliance standards and drive effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units to assess the impact of compliance requirements and risk mitigation policies.
• Define auditing approaches for specific work units, identifying non‑compliance and irregularities.
• Implement the organization’s risk management framework and track risk‑related metrics.
• Manage day‑to‑day audit activities, including scope definition and execution for sensitive business areas.
• Assist senior auditors on ad‑hoc investigations and ensure appropriate audit coverage across the company.
• Prepare audit and risk reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Identify process improvements and support team members to maintain continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Professional certification in Audit, Compliance, or Risk.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit and risk management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in data collection and analysis.
