RMA Technician

About the role

We are looking for an RMA Technician to manage the receipt, inspection and repair of returned CCTV cameras, NVRs and networking equipment. The role ensures warranty repairs and replacements are processed within SLA timelines while keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and test returned products for defects and failures.
• Process RMA documentation and coordinate with brand principals for warranty repairs or replacements.
• Perform diagnostic and repair work on CCTV cameras, NVRs and networking equipment.
• Update the RMA tracking system and communicate status updates to customers and sales teams.
• Manage RMA spare parts inventory.
• Identify recurring product failure patterns and escalate as needed.
• Ensure all returned products are processed within agreed SLA timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or hardware repair.
• Hands‑on experience with CCTV, networking or AV products.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with Hikvision or similar networking hardware is a plus.
