Royal Service and Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional Royal Service and Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests at a prestigious hotel in Riyadh. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth reservation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and in‑person requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage reservations for rooms, dining, and special events, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep up‑to‑date with property offers, promotions and local events.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness of Saudi Arabian customs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation management systems, specifically Opera or similar platforms.
• General computer literacy.
