Safety and Security Supervisor

About the role

As a Safety and Security Supervisor at Hilton, you will protect guests, staff and property by ensuring a safe environment throughout the hotel. You will lead a team of security officers, respond to emergencies, and promote a culture of safety and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Coordinate emergency responses for fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Train, schedule, and supervise security guards/officers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Perform preliminary investigations of incidents, document findings and ensure accurate reporting.
• Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among all team members.
• Step in as a security officer when needed to maintain continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory requirement).
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
