Sales Account Manager – New Business (Riyadh)

About the role

NourNet is looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive new‑business acquisition in the Riyadh region. You will represent the full portfolio of ICT, cloud, connectivity and managed‑services solutions, building relationships with prospects that have not previously engaged with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business accounts that have no prior revenue with NourNet.
• Identify and develop opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, lead generation and customer meetings.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries in coordination with the Customer Contact Center.
• Build strong relationships with verified leads and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs, prepare tailored proposals and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations and value‑driven pitches; prepare quotations and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience during the first year, follow up after service activation, and coordinate billing and collections.
• Update daily tasks, monitor open work orders, maintain accurate sales reports and continuously enhance product knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of account‑management experience within the ICT sector.
• Native Arabic speaker and Saudi citizen.
• Telecommunications‑related certifications are a plus.
