Sales Account Manager – Radiology Solutions/PACS

About the role

The company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead the promotion and sales of Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary contact for key healthcare accounts, driving revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities within the KSA healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven healthcare sales experience in the KSA market.
• Demonstrated success selling RIS/PACS or related medical imaging technologies.
• Strong understanding of the KSA healthcare industry, including key players and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driving licence.
