Sales Advisor – Automotive & Accessories

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our automotive portfolio in Qatif. You will support the sales of Toyota vehicles and accessories, working directly with customers to achieve monthly targets while upholding our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles and accessories.
• Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage delivery information.
• Complete product‑knowledge and soft‑skill training programmes.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Comply with sales and compliance standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and discounts authorised.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in automotive or related sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and follow SOPs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
