About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Associate to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. The role contributes directly to revenue goals while building lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, and services.
• Generate, follow up on, and close sales opportunities.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and sales data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Track sales activities and meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet individual and team performance targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, proactive, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• English proficiency required.
