Sales / Business Development Executive – Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive to drive new fit‑out projects for our Riyadh operations. The role is field‑oriented, requiring proactive market hunting and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients in the interior fit‑out and construction sector.
• Visit clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and project sites to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Introduce KADL’s fit‑out and turnkey solutions, follow up on tenders, RFQs, quotations and coordinate with estimation and technical teams to prepare proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and guide opportunities through to project award while monitoring market activity and competitors.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets and maintain regular reports on leads, opportunities and sales activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development or project sales, preferably within interior fit‑out, contracting, finishing or joinery.
• Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new projects in the Riyadh market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Saudi driving licence and own car are preferred.
• Willingness to work in the field with frequent client and site visits.
